As our services are provided on a subscription and service-delivery basis, refunds are not generally offered once a billing cycle has started.
However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:

There is a confirmed billing error

You cancelled before the next billing cycle, but were still charged
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

4. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once processed.
